I find that I usually spend considerably more time on my Total Gym Pilates technique. This is simply because I am addicted to it. Others I know spend a great deal more time than I ever will. Some really keen individuals spend an hour or so every day exercising on the Total Gym Pilates system. This is great but it really isn’t necessary. You can achieve significant results in much less time.
Once you get into the routine of using your Total Gym Pilates machine you might find that you become almost addicted to it, like me. It becomes like a healthy obsession for you that needs to be addressed (at least three times per week). I feel like I am missing out on something if I don’t have an opportunity to exercise on a regular basis.
The resistance training is just right for building long,lean muscle mass and it even allows you to eat a few extra calories every now and again.
