The system requires a dedicated three days every week. So, how much time do you need to spend on Total Gym Pilates during these three days? You may not believe this but, at most, just 20 minutes is all that is needed of you. Some might think that committing to three days every week is a lot but it really isn’t at all.

If you think about it, this means that you merely spend an hour a week exercising on the Total Gym Pilates machine. This is astonishing considering that lots of us spend more time than that at the dinner table each night. You can’t even wash and dry a load of laundry in this amount of time.
