As these muscles strengthen, the impinged nerves, muscles and bones are released from being crammed together to a freedom in their range of motion. So, they can move freely.

The Pilates ring was designed to sculpt core muscles which include the abdominal, the pelvic floor, and the buttocks. The key to sculpting the core lies in tightening them through endurance stretching, and the Pilates ring is a safe way to accomplish this.
