  2. yeah true! i noticed the more i did, the better i got at the moves, and the more effective it was on my body :)

  3. i also found the technique difficult to follow at first. It is MUCH easier after a while, trust me. I tried using a mat the second time and it also made a great improvement.

  4. This really works. I have been doing it (almost) everyday (skipped a couple of days) for about 2 or 3 weeks and it has already made a difference.

  5. amazing! has actually tightened my abs visibly in 3 weeks.
