Never understood pilates Concepts seem too complicated, if you want strength do weights,core, push ups, whatever and combine it with yoga.
you must not be doing it right? Get an expirenced Instructor! This is amazing for Heart conditions! Pilates is not about stretching, it’s about strengthening the core which allows all other movement to become easier. Nothing will cut u, lean u and make u feel more incredible. The Hundred’s pumps blood and oxygen into the heart! Get an INSTRUCTOR that knows what their doing.
pilates and yoga are. i have a heart condition so i can’t lift weights, but i’ve found that the medicine ball and swiss ball can still give you a solid workout. pilates is more about flexibility than a workout per se.
I love pilates! Like I dont like lifting wieghts. I do it though. You know for cheer. but pilates relaxes me, while the endorphins make me happy
So does yoga! Perfect combo Yoga, Pilates, and the Eliptical machine. Your 3-6 day workout! And it doesnt even have to be a yoga class. Just a few moves!
