		<description>I love pilates!  Like I dont like lifting wieghts. I do it though. You know for cheer. but pilates relaxes me, while the endorphins make me happy :)
So does yoga!  Perfect combo Yoga, Pilates, and the Eliptical machine.  Your 3-6 day workout!  And it doesnt even have to be a yoga class. Just a few moves!</description>

		<description>pilates and yoga are. i have a heart condition so i can&#039;t lift weights, but i&#039;ve found that the medicine ball and swiss ball can still give you a solid workout. pilates is more about flexibility than a workout per se.</description>

Pilates is not about stretching, it&#039;s about strengthening the core which allows all other movement to become easier. Nothing will cut u, lean u and make u feel more incredible. The Hundred&#039;s pumps blood and oxygen into the heart! Get an INSTRUCTOR that knows what their doing.</description>
