The only complaint I have is that one of the large free flow resistance springs is sprung so I thought I would order another one to replace it. Called customer service. I was told that I could no longer order any replacement parts since that machine is now obsulite and they are selling the more expensive machine. Since this the case, I will never order another machine from Ellen Croft. I bought one of Ellen Croft’s Supreme Pilate machines and I absolutely love it!
