What is Zone Pilates?
Pilates has been around for over a century and is one of the fastest growing fitness programs in the US. It is a system of strengthening and stretching exercises designed to shape, firm and tone the core muscle groups of the body.

You use the Sculptor, which is part of the kit, to guide your body into the optimum position to add resistance, which improves and accelerates your muscle toning efforts. It also provides consistent resistance training, and engages multiple muscles at once which improves the efficiency of your workout. The kit also comes with a Foot Guide Mat, that ensures your body is always in the perfect Pilates position.
The name Zone Pilates comes the fact that the system targets 3 specific areas of your body named zones.
If you want firm arms and shapely shoulders you need to concentrate on Zone 1 which focuses on toning your upper body. Here the Zone Pilates sculptor develops strength without adding bulk.
If you want flat abs, focus on Zone 2. This area is designed to tighten your abdominals and get rid of flab. You can
strengthen your core, or Power House muscles, by working at the deepest level.
To lift and tighten your thighs and buns, do Zone 3. This will give you long, lean, sleek thighs and firm buttock muscles.
